adequate stay at the location
metro advice helpful staff misleading advertising limited minibar
the staff provided useful advice for the metro. ali, julie, and sarah were very nice. they were professional too. the concierge team helped us with tickets to versailles.
i found the skybar advertising misleading. it is a completely separate business. hotel residents must pay extra to access it. the minibar only had water, one coke, and one cold tea.

friendly staff good size double beds
the staff was very friendly. the room had good size. the hotel provided a beautiful family room with two double beds overlooking the city.
the skybar requires a reservation and charges an entry fee even for hotel guests.

unclean room unmopped bathroom floor
the room was really super clean and the staff were very helpful. the hotel lobby was broad and it had many facilities like restaurants.
i arrived mid morning and they allowed me to leave my luggage until check-in. check-in for my four nights was easy. however, the room was not vacuumed nor was the bathroom floor mopped (not ideal).
